RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

  • Pickup Attempts:

    • Pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours of request.

    • A maximum of three attempts will be made.

  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.

2. Refund Process

  • For COD Orders:

    • Refunds are credited to your MALANAD MART Wallet within 1–2 working days after return pickup.

    • Wallet balance can be checked on our website.

  • For Prepaid Orders:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 working days post return pickup.

  • Note:

    • COD payments are refunded to wallet only.

    • Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Visibly used or damaged products will not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions

To ensure hygiene, returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened Coffee or Herbal Products.

5. Refunds on Free Product Deals

  • Products under promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Self-Shipping (If Pickup Unavailable)

If reverse pickup isn’t available, ship to:

Instructions:

  • Secure packaging to avoid damage.

  • Include Order ID and registered mobile number.

  • Items must be unused with tags and packaging.

Reimbursement:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full amount + ₹100 (towards courier charges) to bank account.

  • COD Orders: Refund to MALANAD MART Wallet.

  • Note: Do not use The Professional Couriers. Speed Post is preferred.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; customers must initiate a return after delivery.

8. Terms & Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate bank details for refunds. Malanad Mart is not responsible for incorrect info.

  • For delivery marked "delivered" but not received, report within 24 hours.

9. Reporting Damages

If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, notify us within 1 day via:
